A complaint I had was the uploading of the driver's license image portion of the application. The website constantly rejected the photos I uploaded. I did eventually upload that the website said was accepted, however it turns out it was not....

My agent Brian, guided me through the process step by step, answering any and all my questions with detail when needed. Everything pertaining to the loan was completed on line and over the phone and was completed quickly and effortlessly.

Practice interaction and David made the easy and seamless. The only thing I did not understand is why the checks were sent to men and not directly to the lenders.
