For the most part the phone was answer when I call , if not my call was returned in a timely manner. All our question was answered. The infomation was ease to follow and the portal was ease to use.

Betty was able to answer all my question, and made it easy for me to understand the prcoess. Alos, she din't push me to do anything that I felt was not in my best insterst. She made sure that anything was ecpalin with full detail.
