Poor communication and response time. A request for transfer of an appraisal was done. However they have yet to complete the transfer and it has been more than 72 hours now. Not sure how understaffed this Mortgage company may be.
Justin and Michelle answered all of my many questions. They were available day and night to walk me through the process. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended them to several of my friends. They are the best!!
