Having some hurdles to face and some hills to climb going into this loan process, Stephen and His team gracefully handled each obstacle in a professional and with integrity. Team Livesay is 2nd to none!!

Larry was awesome to work with on my first loan! He laid out a bunch of options and explained the pros and cons of each option and how it fit with my goals. He made the process super easy and straight forward.
