    Jim is a great guy and was wonderful to work with. He made the whole process very easy and stress free for us, which was so nice. And he sent us a beautiful housewarming gift! 10 out of 10 highly recommend him!

    Communication was not sent me, the buyers agent, that the original loan officer that my clients were working with has left the company. Glad the loan closed on time, though I was not kept in the loop.
