What made the experience stand out was Lisa Sozio. Lisa was amazing. Always helped me when needed. Made the whole process of purchasing a house simple. The most stressful part of buying a house is financing, but Lisa made it stress free.
The minimal friction that there was with closing and settlement, and also every time I contacted Lisa she would get back to me within a quick timeframe. The questions that I asked she always had an answer, and made the process very seamless....

Lisa responded to emails quickly no matter when I emailed her.
The process was smooth and everything that was needed from us was laid out clearly and simply.
In the end the experience was fine and we successfully closed on our home. One thing that would have helped make feel less intrusive would have been to receive more in-depth explanations as to why they needed some of the information they requested....
