Told i was getting 3k lender assist. Wondering why my down payment was over 1,600 more than estimate. Found out i only got 1k lender assist. Too sneaky and i feel screwed out of 2k.
Was always available to help us with any questions we had.

Todd was very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. We were a little disappointed that we did not get any communication from Todd about a rate extension aside from the disclosures but other than that we were pleased.
