To improve, focus on what can be done around customer's goals and communicate more as the time for closing arrives. It can be very stressful for first time buyers as it was for us.
Michele Tamez was already there to answer our questions and she will response in a timely manner. I never had communication problems with her. She is a professional and knows her material well.
