My experience dealing with Sam was excellent he was always there to answer any questions and available at any time. My only problem was the appraiser. I don't feel he did a very good job. The houses he compared to ours were not the same.
Being able to stay in communications without meeting in person was great, and made the process an ease.
Aaron was professional, pleasant, and attentive.

Excellent Service.
Matt was great in the beginning and the process started very efficiently then it just slowed way down. I locked in my loan on 10/6/20 and did not close until 5/10/21. I had actually given up on ever closing the loan.
