Good rate - quick closing.

I was able to look at multiple loan options and proceed with what was optimal for me quickly. The entire process was easy to follow and Connor was always available along the way to answer questions and provide information.

I do not even know where to begin with this company but here it goes. I began my conversation with Loan Depot (my current mortgage company) and was in the process of refinancing my home. I then a few days later got a call from Peter with Assure....

The quick efficient response. Team was very helpful and responsive. Very friendly.

Sam worked diligently to provide my family with the best rate and refinancing options.

Ben and the AnnieMac team bent over backwards to make a deal come through late in the game! They communicated well, they were transparent and very kind and patient throughout the whole process!

The level of attention and all hands on deck to get a loan approved very quickly was very impressive

Overall process was good but had a couple issues with communication and processor being on same page with each other, sending duplicate requests and information not related to purchase and issue at last minute. But it was fixed and good afterwards...

Mandy was beyond helpful in making this a smooth process for me. She went over and above including me as to what was happing throughout. I would recommend her to anyone looking to refinance /purchase a home.
