Everything she is good
Mary and Stacy both were quick to reply and made to process painless
We were in the market for a long time but Silvia made the process easy. She made sure we understood everything and explained the process in detail. She made me feel comfortable and sure of what I was doing along with my real estate agent!
Response times were very good and Michelle was able to answer all our questions.
