She answered Al questions and took the time out of her day to call and make sure we understood everything as first time homebuyers that’s invaluable. We felt very well taken care of.
The process was very easy and friendly! Even though our loan processor had an emergency and had to travel last minute, she and Michelle still made sure to come through for us and we closed as scheduled!
