Full transparency on the appraisal discount, however this was fixed after the fact but was a bit nerve racking during closing.
We started off ahead of the game, but closing time some things had missed and I spent the next 48 hours panicking. It all worked out in the end.

Silvia helped me from start to finish. Her communication was excellent and she always went the extra mile to answer my questions—even on weekends. If I purchase another home in the future I will be working with Silvia again.
