This is the second loan I’ve gone through Michelle to get and both times she has gone above and beyond with helping me and answering all my questions.
Mary was efficient and super quick response time. Although she was unable to provide answers to all questions that were asked, we understand that those question could’ve been outside of her scope.
Nothing negative about the loan experience, except for what happened at the end with the sellers information. That had nothing to do with Mary.
