The process was very easy and quick. Paul gave us a list of information needed we provided it an d within a few weeks we were approved ad ready to settle.

We received very friendly and excellent service from Mark and the staff. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Mark. All instructions were clear and concise. Our experience with Presidential and Mark was outstanding....

Mark is very responsive. He returns emails and phone calls immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent information. Had a great experience working with Mark. Will continue to refer Mark to family and friends.

This process was easy, the only issue I had was at the end and that was my previous mortgage holder. Thank you for getting that taken care of.
