    Not enough communication. I text and it would takes days to get a response. Ron Spreemean would answer me right away with any concerns so, I ended up messaging him the last few weeks back and forth.

    At closing I had to bring an extra thousand dollars because there was miss communication about the deposit. Luckily I had it but what if I didn’t.
