Trudi was very responsive to us and our many questions. She was very friendly and made the process easy. She explained the site to us , which was not always easy to navigate. She was very patient with us.

Brian was always available. Quick to respond and super informative across the entire process for me

I was able to get ahold of Brian at any point throughout our process. Even when I felt like I was asking way too much at a given time he was always assuring and informative.

Any concerns or questions we had were answered & explanations patiently given in light of the fact that we weren't overly "tech" savy ourselves. This gave us confidence with the process and was much appreciated!
