Everything went so well! My only critique is we received a new disclosure (PMI went up and we lost the credit for our interest rate) and we werent told why we received a new disclosure. I had to reach out and ask why it was sent.

I don't think there is anything you could have done better. You helped where you could help!Overall it is just such an invasive process. I was rating the process more than I was rating Northpointe bank. I should have marked my response differently....
