This was my third loan with Michelle, and as usual everything was seamless. I lowered my mortgage payment by hundreds of dollars a month, closing costs were less than estimated, and I walked away with more money than expected.

Michelle is personal, professional and is at the top of her game. She is is cutting edge . I trust her completely. I have built 2 houses and refinanced my last house, all through Michelle Knuckles. I just simply wouldn't use anyone else.

I had to refinance my home due to a divorce. She made a very difficult time and situation go flawlessly. Her kindness and heart for her clients make you feel as though you are her only customer.

They were so easy and took care of an early problem regarding student loans that another bank completely missed. They kept me up to date through the entire process. Always nice to talk to.
