It had to take place without me because I am. Unable to deal with the technology at 84 and my husband was in the hospital, so I could provide information and depend on a very busy, capable person to make it happen. Not too .many older people...

Everything eventually worked itself out. Only suggestion this that you compile a form send to clients, letting them know ALL PAPERWORK that is up front an not peice mealing things
