There were a lot of twists and turns in our process. Robin was fantastic at being on top of it, letting us know about things that affected our loan and giving us options when the sellers delay caused problems with our rate lock.
Robin literally held my hand and navigated this complex process with patience and skill. Always available and completely honest about every aspect of the process. A joy to work with.
