The team was easy to work with and very straight forward. They helped us understand everything that went into the loan. They were super helpful along the way.

Everything went well. Was a bit disappointed with the follow-up. For example had a phone appointment to review disclosure papers that was not held and was never rescheduled. Actually never reviewed with Austin, this was disappointing.
