Sophia was there to answer any questions I had as a first home buyer and was very helpful. Went above and beyond to help walk me through the process!
Lizette was communicating with me throughout the whole process and she worked diligently to close on time.

They were very knowledgeable and transparent. My loan officer was very personable. The online app made it easy to sign, recieve, and send documents. During my process they ran into some IT issues which extended my closing time. Really Not ideal,...

We were able to communicate at times that worked for me. When I asked her questions I got detailed responses back. She seemed passionate about getting the process to run smoothly.
