My loan officer Kim Marin maintained a high level of efficiency and timely communication. That is very much key to me and she proved it to be priority in working with me. I definitely would recommend Kim to my family and colleagues.
I felt the communication was very unprofessional. My questions were never answered directly and when asked if I was able to get better answers he would say he would get back to me. When forms were sent to me he would say he needed them signed...
