Teresa is an amazing Loan Officer. My son and daughter have used her in the past. My niece has used her services twice. I would not recommend any other lender but Teresa Hagood.

If the process would have started sooner. Because the process didn't start until 30 days prior to closing it made things very stressful. It also caused me more money, by needing to change to an FHA loan verses a VA loan.
Didn't communicate much with me during the process. In my opinion the loan app and loan process should have been started sooner to avoid unforseen situations and could have closed sooner. Contract was executed and sent January and loan was...

Teresa is one of the first people I met when we moved to Athens. She has always been kind, concerned for the well-being of others and is incredibly hardworking. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a home.
Great job communicating with my buyers! Always ahead of schedule and I did not ask her for updates because she sends an email with action items that are checked off as she is completing tasks to get us to closing!!!
