My perception was that resource limitations led to incomplete/untimely reviews of submitted documents and delayed communication of conditions and adequacy of responses.
Everyone on Scott’s team was excellent.
Mr. Stinson's team did an excellent job helping close the loan. They showed professionalism, patience, understanding, and knowledge throughout the process. Thank you for your support and understanding.
