Outside of a few communication gaps, the overall process was effective and very user friendly. No complaints on my end. However, my wife on the other hand may have a different experience.

The only issue was in communication. Some requests for certain documents were not clear, and were not explained in layman's terms which caused delays in us finding the right docs. This added on to an already stressful situation for us.
