The team at FBC is very quick to respond and keeps working with you to guarantee things are done on time. They also make the process very simply with their Docu-Sign tool.

Very poor customer service. They wait until the last minute to request information they need for your mortgage approval and then act like it is your fault they don't have the information. Definitely do not recommend
