FBC Mortgage staff was extremely helpful in closing the loan in a timely manner and handled all transactions in very professional and efficient manner. Highly recommended.
Applying for a mortgage is a complicated process and the team at FBC was very helpful answering all of my questions. Susan, in particular, was extremely organized and all other parties involved noted how good Susan was to work with.

the process was very easy.. the lender met all my needs... even the closing attorney was great great overall i would rate my experience EXCELLENT
Happy with the experience. Mostly everything was done electronically whatever could be done that way. The only complaint is to offer better rates right away. That way the customer is not feeling like they lost out on something. Other than that...
