There really wasn’t much communication unless I initiated. I was not copied on some communication with my client.
My client said the LO was not the best at communicating
Carisa was very thorough in explaining the process and providing options for our loan. She also took care of several issues that popped up unrelated to the loan process but would have affected the process. I appreciate all of her efforts.
