I would have liked to have used a lender of my choice, better communication throughout the process not just in the end. Also someone that had picked up the phone to let us know our house had closed.

Very easy to work with.
Carisa was very friendly and completely explained the things I wasn’t sure about or didn’t understand. She also showed several different options for bigger or smaller down payments to help us keep more cash for when we moved in.
The timely response and the helpfulness talking to her on the phone she was easy-going and easy to talk to a new everything we needed to know.
Professionalism. Fast response to emails and answered all questions
The team was very pleasant to work with and we were able to close quickly and easily. I am very satisfied with the whole process!
