The ease of the process. I did not have an understanding at all how it worked but I put my trust in them and everything worked out perfect no complaints whatsoever. They responded at any in very quick time for any question I had.

There seemed a lot of one off things that came up that impeded progress. Laws that applied but we found out about them late in the process, audits, line items that were missed that have an impact on final actions…I wanted to be excited consistently...

The extra effort made to obtain financing. Thoroughness of process. Very detailed and meticulous process. No errors/mistakes were made.
