the process was very confusing, but Tim and his team took a lot of time explaining things to me even though I might've very anxious on the phone from time to time, they remained patient and calm.

Skip wasn't the problem – the federal/state red tape was. Hard to accept the number and types of regulatory hoops we had to jump through in order to secure this mortgage. Very unpleasant.
