I thought about purchasing something twice my original budget and he reminded me of my present financial statues; and a purchase such as that may lead to financial hardship.

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase of our first home. He always responded to our questions in a very timely manner and kept us informed of steps to expect through the purchase process right up until closing.
