Everything was fine and running smooth until we reached the appraisal process. I believe that there was things that could have been done to speed up the process but we were pushed out for closing almost an extra month.
Bill had excellent communication and patience with us, especially comsidering we are first-time home owners. Bill did a great job explaining every detail and made this process very smooth for us.
