Better communication and availability would help. Also a lot of anxiety could have been avoided if a little bit of attention was given to detail, the documents and what the client had been transparently conveying right from the beginning.

We had a very difficult condo situation and Kip and his team stepped in immediately and closed the loan on a rush . Could not recommend more!
