Mr. Bustamante was very professional, courteous, and communicative. We were kept apprised of the progress on a frequent basis and greatly appreciated his capable assistance in our procuring of the loan.
Our experience was amazing! Carrie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She and Kellen were always available for questions. Great team!

Carrie response time to our emails and text messages was impeccable. We always got our thorough answers within minutes. She was able to schedule the closing date in a very short time, before Thanksgiving as we asked for.
