Smooth and easy process. Not overloaded with paperwork.
Michael is responsive, thorough, conscientious and willing to answer any question, no matter how silly it may be. Love those little videos that explain everything in terms I can understand. And, he drove 70 miles to come to my closing!

Very responsive and detailed with his breakdowns to provide clarity to the buyers, very communicative through out the whole transaction. The Closing DOC binder he presents at closing is also VERY helpful!
