I'm grateful that Steve or Kellen were often available for when I had questions. They responded promptly to emails. While there was some confusion as to how the home buyer program worked with down payments, it was still a useful program.

We made it to the finish line w a contingent sale in faster than expected time!
Michael was quick to respond and made sure all questions were answered in a clear and concise way.

Kellen and Steve are always on it. They over predict things so you never get surprises in the end. The only surprise is money that they over predicted. Steve has a great team!
Steve and Kellen made everything so easy. It was our realtor and our first time using BAP. Steve did a great job explaining the whole process, more than once, and was very patient with us. Thanks for all the help and great work!
