We received an email with our closing date of 9/25/2020. On 9/24/2020 we received a call from the Title company wanting to know if we were still planning on closing that day. I explained we had been told our closing was for the following day....

Our closing date had to be postponed the day of the closing date because the paperwork for the loan was incomplete. It was remedied by the bank taking care of our closing costs and returning our earnest money to us.
Prompt communication except for notary .
All facets of the process were well organized.
The quick response and being there every step of the wst6.
