Novus Home Mortgage - Bradenton, FL

We have worked with the Cayo group twice in the last 10 years and cannot say enough, how much we love them! They are so good at what they do & are the kindest people to boot! We recommend them to everyone we talk to!

Great support and communication. They made the process easy and provided flexible timing to get paperwork completed

The People

All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

Yvette is a unique individual. I am a very paranoid person and she realized that very quickly. I trusted Yvette after she helped me for the 4th time... the first 3 times I backed out on my decision to do anything, meaning Yvette received NOTHING...

Yvette and the rest of Team Clermont were so great! The team always explained things in a way I could understand, were efficient and timely in responding to emails and worked diligently to get the mortgage deal I wanted.

Andy was great to work with. Dee and her team really came through on delivering a clising date as promised. I appreciate all they did to make it happen for my family.

Great helping with questions, and always willing to explain, very patient team at the Cayo group. We were very happy as first time home buyers. They explained and wanted us to understand. Thanks!
