I had a great experience with team Gavin. When I was trying to gather information from another lender, they were too busy to take the time to answer my questions. Team Gavin were great, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely....

Aside from submitting some duplicate paperwork, it was a great experience. Everything was done quickly, most of it over email. The closing took less than an hour and they gave me a nice housewarming gift.
