The loan process was moving right along with Rigo and Ross then came to a crawl. It took over 90 days to close which put us into bad winter weather to start the build, this will affect when we can sell our present home and most likely reduce...

The process was very confusing at times. I was asked several times to submit documents after I had already uploaded. It seemed like all communication from Ross was computer generated. Not a great experienc.
