Troy was on top of everything, and made the whole process smooth. Even when my work was being difficult, he still got the job done. He answered any questions the moment I had them.

Smooth process Excellent communication

Jeff's personal touch was on everything! He took very good care of us and made something normally stressful feel effortless.

Jeff and his team were always in communication with us, even if there was nothing to update us on. This is our second time working with him, and he is the only person we will use.

Tim really make it feel like you’re taken care of like everything is going to be okay and he never gives up .very happy that he was our loan officer through all this

Troy was always available to answer my questions even if he wasn't at work. He went the Extra mile to make sure we were getting everything signed and ready. He was patient with us as first time home owners and also VERY patient with our realtor....

Troy has a great personality. He gave us the information we needed to clean up our credit over a year ago. Took his direction and now we are first time home owners! He had quick response to message, if he didn’t have the answer to our questions...

Troy is great, he communicates well, has common sense, works very efficient, goes above and beyond and most importantly he cares. I'll continue to send family members Troys way

Knowledgeable, friendly, great guy

In my opinion, communication is the key to any relationship. Terina communicated as good or better than what I would’ve expected. She was very helpful and if she didn’t know an answer immediately, she was able to return answers to my questions...
