    Buying your first home is a big move, and I’m proud we were able to make it happen with a USDA loan and no money down. My goal is always to keep the process straightforward and make sure you know what’s happening every step of the way.

    Tim is always so thorough throughout the loan process with all of my clients that I send his way. I've sent two of my friends and my husband and I have personally used him two times and plan to again in the future.
