    I did receive great customer service even though I did not receive exactly what I was hoping for. Most of that fault, however, lies with the VA and their appraisal of my home.

    The communication was very good. The whole team really knocked it out of the park. We had a situation come up where the manager only saw happen 1 time, but they were able to navigate it quickly.
