Nossi was great.

Nossi was very patient and took the time to explain and follow up on everything. He was great.

Some more care should have been taken when preparing paper work for signing and ensuring that only the signatories of the paperwork should receive the document to sign.

Too many mistakes in an occupation that requires lot of accuracy.
