although working on morgage is very detailed and time consuming Norm made it easy and never pressured me on timelines. We made it happen and we're very happy.

the process could've been more efficient

Norm had great communication. I was at times very frustrated with the process but realize this was not Norm it was clearly someone else who kept asking for one more thing, one more thing. I feel if the list comes out it should be somewhat complete....
