Stopped replying. Bank rejected the check for the payoff due to it being over %20 of what was owed.Had to make my auto payment. Because.... like don't want a late payment on my credit report. Caused bank to not accept the check for deposit....

Noah was good, knowledgeable and attentive. When talking with Ana, her children were consistently in the background, disrupting our conversation. Then she needed to hurry off the phone. She was mosly quick on email mostly, some missed responses....

This was my first experience with getting a HELOC there were two people that walked me through this process. Kerry Jackson Heitkemper. they were very helpful and I appreciated everything they did to help make this process go smoothly.
