Took a long time and had 3 appraisals on house 2 were drive drive bys that were not acceptable. Had to have 3 pay off letters from my bank at a 25.00 cost each time. Nikki did a great job and i would use her again.

Nikki was totally transparent while guiding us through the mortgage process. Everything went exactly as she told us. No surprises.
